Set your table with chocolate for Valentine’s Day!
Learn savory and sweet recipes based on cacao with our own Chef Luis Realpozo, artisan for Homeward Bound‘s Halo Truffles.
Guests can enjoy a special appetizer and a plate of delicious chicken mole enchiladas before Chef Luis explains the process of making a simple chocolate ganache. Everyone will have a chance to roll up a box of handmade truffles to take home.

- Housemade Chips with Two Mayan Salsas – Charred Tomato & Pumpkin Seed, Roasted Anaheim Pepper with Garlic & Cream
- Chicken Mole Enchiladas with Spanish Rice & Fried Plantains
- Mexican Churro with Chocolate
You’ll leave with new ideas for chocolate plus the skills to make treats for gifts or parties. Bring your friends or family to enjoy a chocolate celebration just in time for Valentine’s Day.
