Tina von Nachtigal is an abstract artist inspired by a fascination with psychology, the natural world, and holistic health.
Past years of vertigo and photosensitivity made her put down screens and return to her true path, fine art, where she regained a deep appreciation for the richness in both analog media and nature. Mandated long days in darkened rooms awakened an awareness of her environment, both emotional and external. She transitioned into creating abstract paintings to explore the inner landscapes of herself and others, which continues to inspire her work today.
Tina is currently the Max Thelen Studio Artist in Residence at Artworks Downtown and lives in Marin County.
