2022 Summer Camps

In Person Shakespeare Camps are back for 2022, for both Youth (ages 8 – 12) and Teens (ages 12 – 19)!

Online enrollment is now open

Dates run from mid-June through mid-August, depending on the camp.  Each camp session is 3 weeks long.

Campers will enjoy:

• Physical games and activities
• Learning about and performing Shakespeare
• Interacting safely with peers
• Skilled and caring Teaching Artists

2022 In Person Youth Camps (ages 8 – 12)
We make it fun for children to explore Shakespeare’s exciting characters, language and stories. Instruction will focus on creative play, character creation, and rehearsal, culminating in a performance of an abbreviated Shakespeare play.

3-week Young Company sessions, San Rafael (ages 8 – 12):

• June 13 – July 1, A Midsummer Night’s Dream – Forest Meadows Amphitheatre **changed from the Belrose **
• July 5 – July 22, As You Like It – Forest Meadows Amphitheatre
• July 25 – August 12, Romeo and Juliet – Forest Meadows Amphitheatre

Monday through Fridays from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm  |  Tuition: $975

2022 In-Person Teen Camp (ages 12 – 19)
Work with a professional director to rehearse and perform Shakespeare’s witty romantic comedy. Dig deep into Shakespeare’s language and ideas, while honing acting skills and making new friends.

• July 5 – July 22, Twelfth Night – Forest Meadows Amphitheatre

Monday through Fridays from 1:00 to 5:00 pm  |  Tuition: $900
