A Toast to Sausalito

Be a part of a new tradition and join us for the Inaugural Toast to Sausalito.

The event will take place on Caledonia St. and pay homage to the old Caledonia Street Fair and A Taste of Sausalito. This festival is an inclusive environment where over 100 eclectic vendors will aim to create a unique interactive experience throughout the day and encourage participant involvement.

Event attendees will help guide the direction of live art contests, sample upwards of 60 beer, wine, and spirit vendor creations, and have the opportunity to participate in a variety of interactive performances.

A Kid Zone will be available so families can come out and enjoy the day too! Sample package available for purchase.

We are looking for variety of offerings for the day:

1. Compete in the Art Contest
   Be part of an art experience, where public participation helps guide the direction of your creation. Winners from each of the 3 categories will win a $500 cash prize and a $500 gift card to Sausalito Picture and Frame. Result based solely by public voting.
   1. 3 categories: Street Art (Sidewalk chalk), mixed media art, canvas-based art.

   2. 5 – 15 artists will be accepted to participate in the 3 different categories.
   3. Artists selected to participate in the competition will have the opportunity to sell their work, market themselves and be provided with a meal ticket and drink wristband (must be 21+).
   4. Contests can range from 3 – 8 hours (discussed with artists beforehand).
   5. Please submit an example of your work and what mediums you have experience in. Email bvitale@sausalito.gov for consideration.

2. Be an Art Vendor
   Join in for the day, market your brand, sell your passion and work, and participate in something fun! All vendors are encouraged to create an experience at their booth (not mandatory).
   $50 per booth (Additional $50 fee for 10×10 Tent, 6” table, and chair).
