Glass, jewelry, painting, photography, and more by 18 artists will be shown in ten floating homes

The Artists@Issaquah show and sale will be Saturday, Oct. 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Glass, jewelry, painting, photography and sculpture will be featured.

The event is free; donations accepted to support art in local schools.

The floating homes community in Sausalito boasts a rich history as an art colony, beginning in the 1940s and 1950s.

Founded in 2003, the Artists of Issaquah show nurtures both pre-professional and established artists, celebrates creative expression, and aims to develop the artist within. Artists@Issaquah maintains this tradition.

Come see the artwork of Jim Woessner, Liz Brott, Ric Miller, Addison Olian, Christopher Jones, Katrina Wagner, Laurie Fossier-Mills, Jarl Forsman, Thomas Ludlum, Lisa Manthe, Stephen Ehret, Carolyn LeCoque, John Ryan and Merry Loomis.
