Premiere season of ‘Bumblebee Kids’ opens with an interactive, nature-themed program
Kanbar Center for the Performing Arts
The Kanbar Center at the Osher Marin JCC is thrilled to open their premiere season of Bumblebee Kids with the Banana Slug String Band Duet for a fun interactive, nature-themed program with songs, music and hands on crafts.
Boogie on down and get funky with award-winning musicians, song pranksters and eco-warriors Doug Dirt & Airy Larry.
Join in for a fun, nature-themed interactive musical morning with legendary crazy characters and toe-tappin’, booty-shakin’ songs! Hands-on art activities open the show.
This is a fun, engaging morning of Songs, Science and Celebration through a variety of catchy musical styles…from Folk to Blues to Reggae, Rock & Roll and Rap. Educational, funny and deeply moving, kids come away inspired, and ready to learn more about the Earth.
The morning program begins with a pre-show hands-on arts activities at 11:00am to get creative, add some sunshine, and the opportunity to connect with friends. The show begins at 11:30 am, and lasts approx. 1-hour.
A perfect Sunday morning for interactive play, incredibly fun, inspiring, music & science with family and friends.

Directions
From Highway 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro exit and head east. The Osher Marin JCC, at 200 N. San Pedro Road, is on the right-hand side, half a mile from the freeway exit.
Free Parking
* The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center's parking lot is located directly in front of the building with parking spaces for disabled patrons available.
* Additional parking is available at the JCC Annex lot, located at 210 N. San Pedro Road (just east of the main campus). In the event of multiple programs, or heavily attended events, overflow vehicles may be directed to available street parking or on adjacent properties.
* Evenings and weekends only: There is additional parking across the street at Venetia Valley School.
