Chakra Tuneup Using Your Own Voice w/ Nina Canal

In this interactive class, you will resonate the 7 Chakras with sound. Nina will demonstrate how, using two different but related vocal practices:

1) A beautiful Bija seed syllable mantra – which we chant along with and learn the rhythmic timing which give it such life force.

2) Tone using specific vowel sounds with a unique, powerful 7 minute Chakra Tune Up

Nina Canal has three central parallel passions; Painting, Music and Chinese Internal Arts. Rooted by birth in Africa, continent of mysterious, untamed earth.
