Flags in Mind is a solo exhibition by Lee Ann Prescott encompassing textile art, nature photography, and writing. Twelve vibrant flags hang from the Bay Model rafters. Each flag was taken on a monthly hike near Mt. Tamalpais in Marin County in 2020 and 2021. The walls contain 69 photographs and 14 texts documenting the artistic process and a tumultuous year.

Walking through this exhibition that reads left to right in the expansive gallery, you will witness the evolution of the Northern California Coastal landscape over the course of a year, learn about some of its features, and take part in a creative journey of the spirit.

Join the artist for a closing reception in the Bay Model Gallery on October 29 from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
