Fresh Starts Chef Events: Rebecca Katz

Support a great cause and learn delicious recipes to foster wellness with Rebecca Katz, an educator and graduate of the Natural Gourmet Institute who has written five cookbooks and heads the Healing Kitchens Institute in Bolinas.

She won two awards from the International Association of Culinary Professionals competition in 2010 with The Cancer-Fighting Kitchen,   now in its second edition. The same group in 2014 honored “The Longevity Cookbook” as a finalist.

As founder and director of the Healing Kitchens Institute at Commonweal, the health and environmental research institute in Bolinas, Chef Rebecca became a nationally known wellness expert. She now leads a company called Healing Kitchens dedicated to promoting wholesome food.

All proceeds from this event support shelter and job training programs at Homeward Bound of Marin.
