[Pictured: Carol Thomas, “Helping Hands”]

It seems our country is being torn apart.

We asked artists from around the country to look at what makes us alike, not different, and to tell is about their corner of the country. What makes it special and wondrous and what connects us as a people.

Juried by Susan Snyder, a partner at Caldwell Snyder Gallery with locations in San Francisco and St. Helena.
