An allegorical political satire about AMERICA who is confused, frustrated, disillusioned and just plain tired
AMERICA is confused, frustrated, disillusioned and just plain tired. His solution is to impeach himself.
He wants to quit, but he wants to quit with Honor and with the Due Process as provided for within his document of creation: the Constitution. He initiates the proceeding by selecting a Bi-Bunal (he wanted to get three, but for many reasons, no one else wanted to do it) consisting of Godd and Satann to determine his/our fate. He is defended by three attorneys: a liberal, a conservative and a voice of reason.
With humor and insight, Impeaching America shows no favoritism or bias other than to expose and condemn arrogance, pride, willful ignorance, hypocrisy, lies and oppression. It’s about the evolution of our democracy and freedom and how and why we are in this dreadful mess today.
