Joy Alive! is a synthesis of Terry Garthwaite from the Joy of Cooking and Barbara Borden and Susanne DiVincenzo from Alive!
Both were seminal bands from the 60’s to the 80’s.
Joy Alive! plays the original compositions of Terry Garthwaite on lead vocal, guitar, percussion with the contributions of Barbara Borden on percussion/vocals and Susanne DiVincenzo on bass/vocals.
The music is rhythmic, upbeat and hopeful… a soothing balm any time, especially now!
