Take Dad to lunch on Father’s Day to hear the music he really likes: Classic Rock & Country by Kurt Huget!
Kurt Huget is a mainstay in the Marin County music scene. He was bandleader for “Songs of Woodstock” and “Songs of 1970” at at pre-pandemic George’s.
For these two shows he recruited members of Doobie Brothers, Big Brother & the Holding Co, New Riders of the Purple Sage, and Cold Blood. He has also performed, recorded, and/or written songs with members of Jefferson Starship, Heart, Quicksilver Messenger Service, Grateful Dead, Country Joe & the Fish, Huey Lewis & the News, Steve Miller Band, Rowan Brothers, Sons of Champlin, It’s A Beautiful Day, Sly & the Family Stone, Elvin Bishop, and the Youngbloods.
