Join Artists’ Exchange host Pamela Blotner for “Ecolibrium“ on Wednesday, September 28th @6pm on Zoom.

Pamela welcomes two artists who bring a reverence for nature and activism to their work.

Deborah Kennedy strives to reveal the power of natural regenerative forces and find potential pathways toward a thriving world. Even today, she believes in the possibility of hope, although often envisions her work as “using butterfly wings to beat down mountains.”

Shannon Amidon, an encaustic artist, is keenly attuned to the bond between art and nature: honeybees produce the wax she uses for her encaustic paint. Her formative years involved a substantial amount of time surrounded by and exploring nature.

Artists’ Exchange is a group created by and for artists to share new work, ideas, resources, and opportunities. Grab a glass of wine or tea, and let’s talk about art!

Each month, host Pamela Blotner invites 2 artists to share their work and their ideas and processes. The group will then be invited to join the conversation. This month, she welcomes eco artists Deborah Kennedy and Shannon Amidon of the Terra Art Collective.
