When we were unable to hold classes inside prisons during the pandemic, we provided programming from a distance that was designed to spark learning, creativity, and healing.

We collected poems, stories, and letters from actors who are incarcerated.

In this free online event, actors who have survived incarceration will give dramatic readings of these poems and letters from people enduring incarceration during the pandemic, followed by a discussion with the actors.
