Online Series: Expanding Our Dances, Expanding Our Lives with Joy Cosculluela

In this series we expand our movement repertoire by activating energy and movement dynamics through tempo, space, force, and weight.

With somatic support, we explore a variety of movement qualities that give voice to sensations, feelings, and images.

We ask: If our dance could speak, what story is emerging? Using tools of the Life-Art Process, we invite new experiences of ourselves and gain resources for our art practice.

Please have a comfortable space to move, with enough lighting so you can be seen, and have drawing and writing materials on hand.

We appreciate that video cameras be turned on so we can witness and connect with each other.
