Learn how comics/kidlit writer Ian Lendler works with illustrators to craft nifty tales

Admission is free. Ian will be signing books following his presentation.

Meet Marin-based kidlit author Ian Lendler (One Day A Dot, The Absolutely, Positively No Princesses Book, and the upcoming The First Dinosaur: How Science Solved the Greatest Mystery on Earth).

He’ll share insights into how he works with illustrators to develop entertaining stories such as the graphic novels The Stratford Zoo Midnight Revue Presents Macbeth and The Stratford Zoo Midnight Revue Presents Romeo and Juliet with artist Zack Giallongo.

The Marin Comics Fest features a series free creator talks, demonstrations, and book signings throughout the month of September.
