Marin Girls Chorus Fall Enrollment

Now in our 30th year, Marin Girls Chorus continues its time-honored tradition of offering girls and young women the opportunity to discovery the joyful experience of choral singing and the transformative power of music.

With classes for Kindergartners to High School Seniors, and class locations in Larkspur, San Anselmo, San Rafael and Novato, MGC is the choice for any girl who loves to sing!

Parents will appreciate our commitment to a non-competitive atmosphere while fostering an appreciation for collaboration. Girls will love the fun classes, performance and travel opportunities, and the chance to meet new friends from schools all over Marin County.

The Chorus is divided into 5 levels, using grade level as a guideline, with the following class schedule:

Fresco – grades K-1:  Mon-Thu 3:45-4:30 pm, in Larkspur, San Anselmo, San Rafael or Novato
Giocoso – grades 2-3:   Mon-Thu 4:45-5:45 pm, in Larkspur, San Anselmo, San Rafael or Novato
Arioso – grades 4-5:  Thu 4:00-5:30 pm, in San Rafael
Bel Canto – grades 6-8:  Thu 5:00-6:30 pm and Sun 3:30-5:00 pm, in San Rafael
Chantons – grades 9-12:  Thu 5:00-6:30 pm and Sun 4:30-6:00 pm, in San Rafael

Fall Season:
Fresco and Gicoso classes begin the week of September 11.
Arioso, Bel Canto and Chantons classes begin Thursday, September 7.

Classes run until December.
