Mark Yaconelli is the founder and director of The Hearth nonprofit. Mark has served communities across the United States and United Kingdom to bridge divisions, heal trauma, shed light on injustice, and recover hope. Profiles of Mark’s work have appeared in the Washington Post, the Wall Street Journal, BBC Radio, and ABC World News Tonight. He lives in Ashland, Oregon.

Anne Lamott is the New York Times-bestselling author of Dusk, Night, Dawn; Almost Everything; Hallelujah Anyway; Small Victories; Stitches; Help, Thanks, Wow; Some Assembly Required; Grace (Eventually); Plan B; and Traveling Mercies, as well as several novels.
