Have you ever wanted to learn about and experience AR (augmented reality) and VR (Virtual Reality) and understand how this technology is advancing and defining arts? Well this is your chance!

Fairfax Park and Rec is sponsoring a two day show on January 28 and 29, Sat and Sun, at the Pavilion from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm both days.

Local artists include award winning photographer, Linda Connor, kinetic sculptor, Susan Pascal Beran,  painter Peter TrouwMatt Rapalyea, and others.

This special event will also feature for sale some of the final sculptures of Marin world class sculptor Carol Gold who passed last summer. Carol was a “thought leader” always at the forefront of art; as well an intellectual and passionate activist for human rights, community, and nature.

The proceeds from the sales will benefit these causes. There will be talks, music, and an opportunity to experience the immersive experience of walking through a virtual gallery as well as to play with and adapt augmented reality applications.
