Orquesta Borinquen features some of the youngest and most talented musicians in the Bay Area salsa scene today.
Band Director Bill Ortega Jr. is the heart and soul of the band. His power and determination sets the pace and lead vocalist Carlos Xavier is at the root of Orquesta Borinquen’s ability to cover a broad range of multiple salsa music genres.
A perfect night for dancing (or not) on the vast dance floor, and meet-up with community for a joyful night of live music, cocktails & fun.
Epicurean Group’s pop-up restaurant of Latin themed cuisine designed by a local chef offers up delicious small plates available for purchase.
Salsa Marin leads a free pre-concert salsa dance class that will get anyone interested moving and ready for fun on the dance floor.
Plenty of room for dancing, a comfortable setting of small cabaret tables and a full bar with cocktails beer, wine & snacks available for purchase.

Directions
From Highway 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro exit and head east. The Osher Marin JCC, at 200 N. San Pedro Road, is on the right-hand side, half a mile from the freeway exit.
Free Parking
* The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center's parking lot is located directly in front of the building with parking spaces for disabled patrons available.
* Additional parking is available at the JCC Annex lot, located at 210 N. San Pedro Road (just east of the main campus). In the event of multiple programs, or heavily attended events, overflow vehicles may be directed to available street parking or on adjacent properties.
* Evenings and weekends only: There is additional parking across the street at Venetia Valley School.
