School of Rock is a performance based music school combining one-on-one lessons with group rehearsals and presenting live performances three times a year.
Our students (both kids and adults) range from complete beginners to experienced musicians who come to us to further hone their skills. Our instructors are professional musicians and exceptional teachers who love what they do.
This show will feature performances from three Rock 101 bands and three Performance Program bands; Arena Rock, Classic Metal, and 90s Rock.
Everyone is welcome to get a dose of our amazing community and cheer on these hardworking students.
School of Rock San Rafael offers a free trial lesson and always a warm welcome. Pop in when we’re open (Weekdays 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm and Weekends 10-5 pm) or sign up for a free lesson online.

There is ample street and city parking available around the venue. Please be sure to observe all posted signs regarding parking and parking meters, and do not park in prohibited spaces or areas. As a courtesy to our neighbors, please park in metered spots and city lots rather than residential areas. We offer validation for the Sunnyside lot–ask for it at the Cafe register.
