This extraordinary festival returns for its second year to engage, enlighten, entertain

Festival 2019 Weekend: May 3-5, 2019

The Sonoma Valley Authors Festival will engage, enlighten and entertain its guests during this extraordinary weekend.

During the course of 3 days, authors from around the world will discuss their books, their lives, and their ideas with an audience of 550 Festival attendees. The authors will reflect a variety of topics and include fiction and non-fiction, biographies, history, politics, adventure, medicine, and science.

Also participating in the Festival will be thought leaders who are transforming lives through medicine, technology, communication and philanthropy. The Festival will feature many keynote speakers and a choice of multiple breakout sessions.

A separate program—Students Day—will be held at Sonoma Valley High School on Friday, May 3 for 2,700 local middle and high school students and will enable students to interact with Festival authors and speakers, attend sessions, engage in facilitated group discussions and return home with their own copies of signed books.
