An exploration into the essence of Awareness through a unified field approach uniting mind-body and all aspects of being.
Drawing on my more than 50 year study of Music, Meditation, Yoga, Martial Arts including: Aikido, Tai Chi, Capoeira, Cheng Hsin and a number of others.
The study includes improvisation approaching it through Music, Dance and Theater.
