The Welcoming is the first in a series of interactive performances by For You Productions.

Join Headlands for The Welcoming, the first taste in a series of interactive performances by For You Productions, a collective founded by Bay Area Fellow Erika Chong Shuch, Ryan Tacata, and Rowena Richie.

Since March 2020, in response to the isolation of the ongoing pandemic, For You Productions has been partnering with Little Brothers Friends for the Elderly (LBFE) to bring artists and elders together for creative exchange.

Developing out of that ongoing work, The Welcoming presents an interactive performance paired with food inspired by the memories and imaginations of elders from the LBFE community.

Following the performance, guests and artists will gather for a family-style meal in the Mess Hall.
