The Belrose Theatre, School of Dance and Performing Arts is very excited to share the performance from our Summer Musical Theatre Workshop for kids ages 7-14, Time to Shine.

The show is called Timmy – it is an original musical comedy written by Lainie Grainger. Timmy has been performed three times over the past year and has been highly adored by audiences as well as schools. Every child has a good role and has their moment to truly shine!!!

Along with Dance instruction in Tap, Ballet, Jazz/Modern, and along with Voice and Singing instruction, We will also have acting class where we will work on scenes and monologues as the students prepare and learn the skills needed to put on a show!

Lanie Grainger has a vast, extensive and varied background spanning 30 years in both teaching and performing and holds a BA in theatre from UCLA.
