Travel Photography with your iPhone Class

Successful travel photography is about capturing what caught your heart and imagination and then communicating that emotion and excitement to others or even yourself as you look back on a trip.

Trip photos represent different things for everyone: memories, sharing an experience, capturing a new place and then being able to re-examine and digest it at a leisurely pace, while challenging yourself to be able to capture and photograph an area in a unique way.

In this workshop, we will discuss and demonstrate:

• Settings
• Filters
• Exposure
• Focus
• Shutter speeds
• Lenses (yes you do have lens choices on the phone camera)
• Panoramas
• Macro and close ups
• Portraits
• Videos

All will be presented with an eye towards creativity and compositional power and considerations. Whether your trip is to an exotic location, a family gathering, a social event, or just to the local farmers’ market, you can fill your albums and memories with strong, vibrant images!

* In this workshop an iPhone is used for demonstration, but all phone models are welcome.
* This workshop is open to all ages and all levels of experience.
