Vera V. Tchikovani:

My art expresses my deep joy of being alive and being open to the texture of life around me: it’s colors, lines, and even sounds!

Although I have received formal training I am an intuitive and experimenting painter, constantly exploring various media: paints, pastels, pencils, different mark makers and collage.

Usually, I do not start with a preconceived idea; I let the painting develop, and then let it speak to me and guide me.
