Dust off those cowboy boots, and get ready for the sizzling roots rhythms that pack the dance halls of Louisiana.
Flavors of New Orleans, Dancing, Fun and Live Music from Zydeco Flames. Come shake off those winter blues!
Zydeco Flames have gained a reputation as the West coast’s premiere Zydeco band.
The Flames consistently pack the house in venues ranging from contemporary clubs to major festivals and traditional dance-halls. Their sizzling roots rhythms are timeless and the execution of them relentless, with a stunning powerful groove.
Zydeco is a popular accordion-based musical genre – the blues and dance music of Louisiana Creoles, the French-speaking blacks of the prairies of south-central and southwest Louisiana. Upbeat and fun on the floor dancing or sitting back and taking it in.
The evening will begin with a pre-concert Two-Step dance lesson PLUS New Orleans themed cuisine designed by a local chef & cocktails available for purchase.

Directions
From Highway 101 in San Rafael, take the North San Pedro exit and head east. The Osher Marin JCC, at 200 N. San Pedro Road, is on the right-hand side, half a mile from the freeway exit.
Free Parking
* The Osher Marin Jewish Community Center's parking lot is located directly in front of the building with parking spaces for disabled patrons available.
* Additional parking is available at the JCC Annex lot, located at 210 N. San Pedro Road (just east of the main campus). In the event of multiple programs, or heavily attended events, overflow vehicles may be directed to available street parking or on adjacent properties.
* Evenings and weekends only: There is additional parking across the street at Venetia Valley School.
