I am a visual artist, sculptor and writer. I've written a memoir and volumes of poetry.
I paint the figure, landscape, still life and genre pieces in oil, watercolor, pastel or whatever media inspires. I am a Contemporary Realist and have studied Classical Realism.
I have painted a series of life-size female figures that explore feminist spiritual issues.
I have sculpted portraits and the figure in clay and have cast some in bronze.
I am grateful to live in Marin Co. so that I can paint open space and water.
My art and writing often address my concerns about the environment.
