This exhibit showcases some 90 works by Marin County artists who make artworks from a background of fiber and emphasize aesthetics influenced by textiles. They bring a diversity of disciplines to their work, from weaving, felting, quilting, and paper making to painting, woodworking, printing, and welding. Though they may mix mediums and materials into forms that transcend definition, it is the vitality and potential of fiber that connects them in the unique fiber/DIMENSIONS collaborative.
