For the month of March we present paintings by Peter Jablonski.

Artist statement:

I'm mostly inspired by trying to find the edge between the realistic and surreal in my paintings.  Similar to when you are falling asleep and your imagination starts.

Until 2015 I painted primarily figuratively, but since 2016 I have been more focused on my abstract work.  I am particularly inspired by artists such as Peter Doig, Wayne Thiebaud, Max Beckmann, Egon Shiele and Gerhard Richter.
