Susanne West is Professor of Psychology at John F. Kennedy University and author of the forthcoming poetry collection, Subterranean Light.

In this workshop we will work with the poetry of Rumi, Mary Oliver, Jane Hirshfield and Rilke as inspiration for writing exercises and reflective meditations that will be focused on your personal transformation.
