Investing in Tomorrow is a competitive grant program that will provide capital for visionary projects by diverse and up-and-coming leaders of the Bay Area that hold promise for re-imagining the arts field.
Center for Cultural Innovation, with support from the Kenneth Rainin Foundation, is providing another year of the Investing in Tomorrow (IIT) grant program with notable changes.
This year, IIT will provide capital for visionary projects by diverse and up-and-coming leaders of the Bay Area that hold promise for re-imagining the arts field in ways that advance intergenerational and multicultural leadership, inclusion and equity, and new sustainability models.
CCI is entity agnostic: Applicants can be individuals, a team, fiscally sponsored, a nonprofit, a program of a nonprofit, a company, a benefit corporation, or a temporary pop-up effort.
However, proposed projects must be led by diverse and/or junior-level leaders in order to respond to their ambitions for shaping a different kind of arts and culture future.
