Please bring your unspoken muse, daring, laptop or paper and pen and get ready to write poetry.

About the Facilitator: Dick Brown is a long-time explorer of poetry. The first poetry group he attended was in 1965 in Brooklyn Heights, NY, around the corner from where Walt Whitman self-published Leaves of Grass. He attended the Squaw Valley Writers’ Conference and the Napa Valley Writers’ Conference several times. He a founder of the Marin Poet Laureate Program and the monthly poetry reading for the Marin Board of Supervisors. He is the organizer of the biannual Real Men Write Poetry event.
