Drawing + Painting: In this fun and educational art class, young students will be introduced to what fun it can be gaining knowledge in drawing and painting. "Seeing" like an artist is a skill that is only taught through the art process and becomes a critical skill in children that create through out their lives. Observational skills and art techniques are combined with learning how to execute our imagination into our art work. Our goal in this class is to have children gain the self confidence in art making that they begin to create on their own and are excited about being an artist. With the concepts and philosophies that Studio 4 Art will teach our students, everyone walks away with amazing art terminology, art techniques, drawing skills, creative problem solving, the value of sketching, brush control, paint application, and a gained voice through art execution.
