Ama Foundation supports Ama Ghar, a permanent care home for children in Kathmandu, Nepal.  Last year, eight of our 65 children graduated from higher education and moved on to successful careers in nursing, public health, pharmacy, teaching, culinary arts and architecture.  All of these young people were either orphaned or abandoned; many of them experienced trafficking, abuse and malnutrition, but thanks to our mission and our supporters, they now have a bright future.
