This year's edition falls on May 27.

It kicks off with a delicious Pancake Breakfast from the Mill Valley Association of Volunteer Firefighters, then a ceremony to honor the fallen heroes who served our country and protected the American dream, followed by a parade from Old Mill Park to Tam High.

The rest of the day is spent enjoying live music, great food and drink and rides at the Kiddo! Carnival, Concert on the Green and Community Celebration on Friends Field at the Community Center.

We’re Americans and we are proud of our freedom and we want to say something for those who gave their lives for freedom hence the theme: “Honoring Those Who Gave Their Lives for Freedom.”
