City of San Rafael and Falkirk Cultural Center are pleased to host the California Watercolor Association’s Exhibition of Watercolors

This is a colorful must-see exhibit featuring 32 exceptional artists. Guests have the opportunity to vote for their favorite painting, meet artists, and view plein air paintings in progress.
