GRANDMA & ME: An Ode to Single Parents, is the sixth solo show at Brian Copeland’s The Best of San Francisco Solo Series 2019/20 in partnership with the Marin Cultural Association.
In this highly anticipated new solo show by award-winning playwright and actor Brian Copeland (Not a Genuine Black Man, The Waiting Period, The Scion, The Jewelry Box), Copeland unveils a new work that examines the issues of single parenting, and asks what it truly means to be a father.
If raising three kids alone is an adventure, raising five kids alone is an odyssey.
Note: Due to mature language and themes, this series is recommended for ages 15 and up.
