For 27 years, the annual Marin Open Studios has produced an event inviting the public to come in, look, learn and support artists. Hundreds have opened their work spaces, showing and selling their art.

However this year is different. Due to the rapidly advancing pandemic, we've cancelled events and suspended printing of our Tour Guide. Except for a single explanatory paragraph, it is presented online as it would have been when printed.

Every participating local artist also has a gallery on our site and a link to their personal website.

There you will find thousands of images showcasing original artwork from 260 artists working across all media. Access original painting, drawing, ceramics, sculpture, photography, jewelry, mixed media and digital art (and check for updates) on our collective site.

New, May 8:  We have launched a Calendar of live online artist events, and a list of Artist videos! Our new site was made possible by major supporters Kris and Eric Brewer and Wendy Nog of Future Bright digital design agency, who have helped us to meet the challenge of taking our artists events on line.

Marin Open Studios can continue to support local artists with your help.
Like many arts organizations, we have put time and effort into our annual event that has been cancelled. We are working to expand our programs to include on-line art tours, classes, sales and pop-up shows around the County.
