Talley Up! is a swampedelic New Orleans funk band that mixes psychedelic funk originals with songs from New Orleans artists such as the Meters, Neville Bros., Dr. John, Allen Toussaint, Jon Cleary and Dumpstaphunk.

The band recently performed with Karl Denson at the High Sierra Music Festival and features other guest artists as well.

Keyboardist and band leader Jim Talley (Eric McFadden, Stu Allen) teams with guitarist extraordinaire Tom Finch (Big Brother & the Holding Co., Pamela Parker, SF Airship) along with amazing drummer Michael Pinkham (New Monsoon, Albino) and groovy bassist Jen Rund (Stu Allen, Lumanation, Shaky Zimmerman) to create a swirling tapestry of New Orleansy grooves!
