Lark Drive-in Double Feature: Make Believe & Accomplice

Presented by Lark Theater at The Village at Corte Madera

** DOUBLE-FEATURE BAY AREA PREMIERE! **

Teton Gravity Research presents MAKE BELIEVE and ACCOMPLICE

Join us for a night of social stoke at the Bay Area premiere of TGR’s two brand new thrilling adventure films at the Lark Drive-In.  This special event will open with the eagerly awaited ski and snowboard film MAKE BELIEVE, followed by the Marin County premiere of Jeremy Grant’s spectacular mountain bike film ACCOMPLICE.

There will be prize giveaways from our partners at Sierra Nevada, The North Face, Atomic, Volkl, Yeti and more. Plus, everyone will have a shot at our tour grand prizes, including a trip to Jackson Hole, a trip to Whistler with Tourism Whistler, the ultimate tailgate experience from Sierra Nevada, and gear packs from The North Face, Yeti and Atomic.

ABOUT MAKE BELIEVE: Inspiration is evoked spontaneously and without intention…Sometimes it comes in the form of a photograph, a chance encounter on a chairlift, or a glimpse at a mountain never seen before. When combined with motivation, the spark of inspiration becomes a dream, and when pursued gives our lives a new purpose. For 25 years TGR has focused on turning Make Believe into reality, from exploring powder stashes in our backyard playground to first descents on unnamed peaks, the ethos of “live the dream” has defined our adventures.

Note: There will be a 15 minute intermission after ‘Make Believe’.

ABOUT ACCOMPLICE: It’s a moment time-stamped in our brains. Maybe it was a birthday gift. Or perhaps you saved paycheck after paycheck to finally purchase one. However you met your first bicycle, it was the pedal strokes that came afterward that hooked you onto something intangible. Adventure. Connection. Freedom.

From the producers of UnReal and the director of Where The Trail Ends comes Accomplice, an homage to all the crazy adventures and crazier comrades that result from our finest sidekick. On the surface, Accomplice takes you to mind blowing locations across the globe with the world’s top riders. But beyond that, Teton Gravity Research’s latest film celebrates how the bicycle is more than just a mode of transportation – it’s a vehicle for the human spirit.
