Join Lemons & Lavender Edible Gardens in partner with HeART in Mind as we present parent-child wellness lessons that incorporate art, gardening, and emotional expression, helping us reground and reconnect with important people in our lives.

Group lessons will use a variety of art media to draw on the supportive wisdom of nature to practice self-soothing, coping, and meditation skills.
