LOCAL>> Virtual Artist Talk: Sally K. Fairfax and Friends

Presented by Bolinas Museum at Streaming Arts

Enjoy a fascinating, virtual artist talk with:
- Inverness glass artist Sally K. Fairfax,
- natural habitat restoration expert Mary Ann King,
- glass artist and instructor Gina Zetts,
- moderated by Elia Haworth, Curator of Coastal Marin Art and History.

Recorded June 3, 2021.

The current exhibition, Sally K. Fairfax: Ice & Glass,” on view in the Coastal Marin Artists Gallery through August 15, presents Sally’s sculptural glass and photography inspired by her time in the Arctic and the Antarctic.

Many of her works highlight one of our time’s most significant environmental issues—the rapid melting of our planet’s ice caps.
