Art and Emotion!

We’ve combined both into a class for caregivers and children 6-11 to participate in together.

In this class you will learn child friendly ways to help your child cope with and express big feelings during emotional moments.

Using a variety of art media, group lessons will also focus on increasing confidence, emotion regulation skills and enhancing family connection.
