Marble Party – with Lakeville

Marble Party – with Lakeville

Presented by Sweetwater Music Hall at Sweetwater Music Hall

Founded in 2008, Marble Party is a power pop standout on the Marin County, California music scene.

With hook-filled melodies, lush harmonies and tasteful musical surprises, their songs move with natural instinct between British-influenced 60s pop, American indie rock and San Francisco psychedelia.

Time and Time Again, their new album co-produced by Marble Party and Damien Rassmussen, quickly climbed into the top 40 on the college radio charts. With lid-lifting power pop anthems, wistful ballads and a raw closer featuring Tim Bluhm of The Mother Hips, the album is gaining rave reviews.

Their first three albums also saw gushing acclaim from music publications across the country, including: Top 100 national college radio charts, KALX Berkeley Best Albums of 2017, KALX Berkeley (DJ Cuppa Joe) #1 song 2017, Marin Musicians’ Best Albums of 2017, Absolute Powerpop Top 50 Albums 2017, among others.

Marble Party is: Dan Barbee (Keys, Vocals), Eric Eisenberg (Guitar, Vocals), Greg Merriman (Bass, Vocals) and Andy Trapp (Drums)

Lakeville is an eclectic Northern California indie band, born of the San Francisco Bay Area. Upbeat, melodic, introspective and yearning for connection, their music considers the grey area between black and white, reflecting on the human condition and speaking truth to power – songwriting for the modern age.

Lakeville is John Vignale-Vocals/Guitar, Mitch Bramlett-Lead Guitar, John Merkl-Bass/Vocals and Tim Qualls-Drums/Vocals.
