Dillon Froelich is the embodiment of a multidisciplinary artist.

Froelich is set to show his work on the walls of the Mill Valley Chamber’s space.

Froelich’s work being showcased at the Chamber, Love and Peace and Peace Signs, features drawings and paintings by Dillon Froelich from 2020 to 2022, from Sausalito and LA. The collection explores the reduction of times, places and experiences into simplified icons, which Froelich abstracts alongside exaggerated characters in landscapes of expressive, nonlinear narratives:

An illustrator, designer and animator teeming with creative energy, Los Angeles-based artist Dillon Froelich graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) in 2015 with a BFA in Industrial Design.

Since then, Froelich, who has lived in Sausalito and currently resides in Los Angeles, has been creating abstract paintings that exaggerate characters from his illustrations, explore absurdist narratives and reference his third culture upbringing in South Florida. Froelich also enjoys recording moments, memories, objects and people in his drawings, and his studio specializes in animation, illustration and product design. He is a background layout artist on The Simpsons and his select clients include Vice, Office Hours, Stance, Disney, Volcom, Deathwish, Giphy and Coffee House Press.
