Marin Center performances and events have delighted Bay Area audiences for nearly 30 years. As the major performing arts, events center, and fairgrounds in Marin County, Marin Center serves the community by presenting and expanding a variety of multi-cultural theater presentations, affordable rental venues, and professional expertise. Bringing art, music, dance, and performance of all kinds to audiences around the Bay, attendees also enjoy visiting the beautiful Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium inspired by renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium
The Marin Veterans’ Memorial Auditorium seats 2000 and hosts a variety of major events ranging from the Marin Symphony to Pilobolus; from the Peking Acrobats to Willie K; from Marin Speakers Series to Forever Tango. Inspired by Marin County Civic Center architect Frank Lloyd Wright, it’s an excellent place for sales meetings, films, and special events.

Exhibit Hall
The Exhibit Hall offers 22,500 square feet on one level and can be partitioned for a variety of uses. With space for 105 booths, the Exhibit Hall hosts the major trade, consumer, and exhibit shows presented in Marin County. The Exhibit Hall also seats up to 1,000 for luncheons and dinners; and with the addition of the portable stage, is available for dinner-dances, corporate parties, and special events.

Showcase Theater
The intimate Showcase Theater seats 315 in upholstered comfort, has a 40-foot proscenium and is fully equipped with theatrical lighting, dimming and studio quality sound system. The light and sound control booth has provisions for slide and 16mm film projection. When the Showcase Theater isn’t being used as a theater, it can also be used as a meeting room. Many businesses and organizations schedule meetings and conferences in the Showcase Theater, as no seat is more than 45 feet from the stage.

Meeting Rooms
The Marin Center Meeting Rooms can accommodate from 20 to 150 people, and are perfect for a variety of functions, including workshops, seminars and break-out sessions.

Fairgrounds
Featuring a 14-acre lagoon, walking paths, lawns, and garden areas, the Fairgrounds are used in conjunction with the Exhibit Hall for additional exhibits or activities. With a capacity of 6,000, the picturesque Lagoon Park features 4 acres of level lawn and is a perfect venue for art and music festivals, corporate picnics and parties, and dog shows.
