MarinArts, a California incorporated 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a principal place of business in San Rafael, CA (the “Company”, “we,” or “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this privacy policy (the “Policy”).
This Policy describes the type of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit one of our events, or browse our website www.marinarts.org, our applications, or one of our social media group pages (collectively, the “Website” or “Site”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information (the “Practices”).
